Patient Public Steering Group Members Help Shape New Website Through Live Demo Feedback Session

Earlier this week, we were pleased to meet with our patient public steering group members as part of our communications workstream to gather feedback on a live demo of our new website, which is currently in development and due to launch later this year.

The session provided a valuable opportunity to share progress on the website and hear directly from members about their first impressions, user experience, accessibility, and overall content and design. Their feedback is playing an important role in helping us ensure the website is engaging, clear, and accessible for the audiences it is intended to serve.

Involving Patient Public Steering Group Members in this stage of development reflects our commitment to meaningful public and patient involvement. Their perspectives help us better understand what matters most to users and ensure that the final website is shaped by real insight and lived experience.

The Communications Workstream is focused on making sure our communications are effective, inclusive, and accessible. This new website will be an important part of that work, helping us share updates, resources, and information more widely when it launches later this year.

We are grateful to our patient public steering group members for their time, thoughtful feedback, and continued support. Their contribution is helping us build a website that better meets the needs of our community.
